CMA CGM has launched a new weekly service, VGI, connecting Laem Chabang, Vung Tau, and Jakarta to the India West Coast and the Middle East, reports London's Port Technology.

The VGI service offers competitive transit times to support the rapid growth of imports and exports in Southeast Asian markets.

Shippers will benefit from direct access to key Middle Eastern markets with direct calls to Jebel Ali and Dammam, as well as enhanced information on outports through CMA CGM's feeder solutions.
