Maersk says it will stop using CO2-emitting fossil fuels in 31 years
MAERSK, the world's biggest shipping concern, has announced its intention to achieve carbon neutrality 2050 - in 31 years.
With this goal, the company will have to transform operations starting at the supply chain level, it said.
Maersk will leverage the expertise of researchers, technology developers, investors, cargo owners and legislators as they move towards this goal, the company said.
