ENVIROTAINER, which develops temperature-controlled air transportation solutions, has appointed Niklas Prager as Envirotainer new chief executive officer to succeed Thomas Persson.
Mr Prager, who held executive positions with the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries that include MSD and Pfizer, said he was proud to lead a company at the forefront of innovation in developing products and services that provide tangible value to customers' logistics chains.
"Combined with our disciplined focus, our global network, continued investments in new technology and the dedication and talent of the people throughout the organisation, I am convinced that we have everything it takes to make the company even more successful in the years to come," he added in a company statement.
David Holm-Ovren, board director representing Envirotainer's majority shareholder, AAC Capital Partners said of Mr Prager's appointment: "I am certain that Envirotainer, under his leadership, will continue to bring forth industry-leading and value added products and services for our customers and partners."
Mr Persson will remain with the company as senior advisor on special projects and serve on the board.
