Hong Kong's Gold Star Line launches new China-Korea-Philippine loop

 HONG KONG's Gold Star Line (GSL) has launched its China-Korea-Philippine Service (CKP), offering best-in-market transit time. 

The new service rotation is Qingdao, Busan, Shanghai, Manila (South), Manila (North) ad back to Qingdao.

The service offers direct weekly Shanghai-Manila calls, with a fast five-day transit time, fastest Qingdao-Manila time and calls at north and south ports of Manila - exclusive to the Korea market.

The company said it was a suitable schedule for the growing reefer market with an ample special equipment pool to offer un-interrupted supply, with protected reefer plugs and preferred terminals at all major ports.

Said Gold Star Line commercial director Honda Lin: "The new CKP service joins our network of intra-Asia services, providing an excellent solution based on market needs. With GSL's long standing commitment to customer service, it will greatly benefit GSL's customers."
